Thank you Peter, MJ and Charlotte for your training / team building! It was a very educational and inspiring morning (with the necessary humor), thanks in part to the efforts of the animals!

What I learned in the team building is to turn off my rationality and look at how I communicate emotionally with my group and what role I play in it… Very useful for someone who always approaches things rationally.

Fabulous experience with animals at the Hoeve Verweij team building event. Great hosts with acres of sprawling lush greenery to train your body and mind with animals ranging from horses to chickens. You will have enough “holy smoke” moments that brings out your innate individuality, leadership skills and personal strengths. All of this backed with some fabulous coffee and after-hours drinks. I found the trainers to be wonderful personalities with deep understanding of animal behavior and the ability to decrypt human psychology by observing their interactions with trained animals.

If you are looking for a team event that combines learning with fun in the vicinity of Eindhoven, then this is it. 5 stars and great memories guaranteed!

It was incredibly educational in a playful way. Because the animals reflected on the behavior you kept, you saw what influence this had. And what influence you as a person can have on situations, groups and on each other.
