Goat Yoga
Have you ever heard of goat yoga? Come unwind with our goats. We teach a basic yoga flow that is accessible to everyone. Being with animals has been proven to produce the substance oxytocin, also known as the ‘cuddle hormone‘. Goats are playful, curious and social. Experience it for yourself.
