Communication training
This one-day training focuses on the basics of communication. Together with the animals, we will show you how to communicate and what pitfalls you can step into.

Leadership training
During 5 training days over the course of 2 months we will talk about management styles, bad news conversations, feedback and many more topics that new leaders encounter. This training is ideally suited for new and emerging leaders. Between the training days there is 1 on 1 coaching for the participant.

Customized training
Of course, we are happy to work with you on customized training with a focus on teamwork, communication and personal development.

Our training and coaching programs are built around animals. In a creative way we will go through the material with you to then try it out with the animals. Animals will always give you honest feedback! We provide trainings on enrollment or customized trainings for your team.
Personal growth as the starting point for any training or coaching
As a person, you are never fully grown. You can learn every day and we at Hoeve Verweij can contribute to that. We do this mainly by practicing. We explain the theory while standing in the goat pasture or between the horses. If necessary, we of course make use of the meeting room.
